This 42-story skyscraper will feature residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Inspired by Tbilisi’s natural landscapes, the design incorporates cascading terraces and sustainable architecture.
Aiming for LEED Gold certification. This collabora-tion sets a new benchmark for modern, dynamic urban living.

The project encompasses everything you need for a harmonious lifestyle. Restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy a variety of dishes and drinks, as well as a sports field and a dedicated bike lane in the park.
